The difficulties of dealing with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) are brought to light by the recent disclosures made by multi-award-winning Canadian singer Céline Marie Claudette, better known by her stage name, Celine Dion.

On March 15, 2024, the renowned crooner observed International Stiff Person Syndrome Awareness Day and shared that living with SPS has been one of the hardest things she has ever had to deal with.

In an Instagram post sighted by Ameyaw Debrah Media, the ‘I’m Alive’ hitmaker made known that she remains “determined to one day get back onto the stage and to live as normal of a life as possible.”

Her heartfelt message was accompanied by a photo of Dion with her three sons, René-Charles, Nelson, and Eddy, the twins.

Dion and her late husband René Angélil, who passed away in 2016, were parents to their three children.
