    RAIN Foundations Celebrates 20 American Heroes

    On August 31, 2024, RAIN Foundations hosted an emotionally powerful and spiritually enriching event, honoring 20 exceptional individuals from various fields. The Predecessors Awards Worldwide of Relevant Achievers Impacting Nations (RAIN) continues to shine a spotlight on societal heroes, immortalizing their contributions through impactful projects and publications.

    H.E. Johnny Ford, Founder of the World Conference of Mayors, commended Author Ralph Antwi, the visionary behind RAIN Foundations, for his dedication to celebrating global heroes. H.E. Jimmie Gardner, President of the World Conference of Mayors, also praised the initiative and encouraged attendees to explore Ghana, promoting it as a premier African destination.

    The ceremony recognized twelve women and eight men for their outstanding achievements. The next Predecessors Awards Worldwide event, PAPA2024, will be held in Paris on November 11. This event will also feature the International Youth Shakers Conclave and the inaugural Global Youth Shakers Awards, honoring forty individuals and organizations making a significant impact on youth.

    RAIN Foundations Receives Prestigious U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award

    On the evening of Saturday, August 10, 2024, the Malvern Retreat House in Pennsylvania, USA, hosted a vibrant ceremony honoring organizations dedicated to voluntary service with the U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Among the distinguished recipients was RAIN Foundations, also known as Relevant Achievers Impacting Nations.

    Founded in August 1997, RAIN Foundations has dedicated the past 27 years to enhancing the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals both in the U.S. and internationally through purposeful living. The organization has notably impacted the lives of prisoners, street children, and countless youth.

    In a statement, Mr. Raphaelle Antwi, the founding president of RAIN Foundations and commonly known as Author Ralph, expressed the organization’s gratitude and enthusiasm for the award. He affirmed that RAIN Foundations remains committed to its mission of empowering people globally to lead fulfilling lives.

    Author Ralph also highlighted that the organization operates 12 networks focused on securing futures and improving communities worldwide. RAIN Foundations continues to advocate for a life lived with a vision of eternity.

    African Diasporan Village Project launched in Ghana by US Mayor and RAIN Foundations

    The Mayor of Prichard, Alabama and Vice President of the International Conference of Mayors, H.E. Jimmie Gardner visited Ghana on December 18, 2023 to launch an African Diasporan Village Project in collaboration with RAIN Foundations.

    It was an Inspiring and eventful occasion attended by prominent people in the real estate, tourism, hospitality, media, arts and cultural industries and so on – at The Dreamer’s Hub, North Legon.

    The historic project, led by the mayor and supported by the city of Prichard, Alabama has an auspicious objective of establishing a win-win network between Africans in the Diaspora and their fellow Africans in the continent of Africa. Arts and Culture, Business and Investment, as well as History and Tourism are the three main components of the project.

    The Founding President of RAIN Foundations, Author Raphaelle Antwi was honored by the mayor with two pin badges from the city of Prichard and state of Alabama. The renowned author and coordinator of the project thanked the mayor. Speaking with him, he encouraged interested partners to invest in the project and expect a myriad of incentives from that.

    Madam Anick Basilia Santos,a Paris-based manager of the project and honoree of Predecessors Awards Worldwide explained the vision to guests present at the launch. She announced that the African Diasporan Village to be built in the city of Prichard would be replicated in Ghana and other African countries.

    A major event is expected in Ghana next year to kickstart this great project.
