Guinness Ghana PLC is excited to announce the highly anticipated 2024 edition of the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, powered by Smirnoff. This grand event will take place on November 9, 2024, at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre.
Following the tremendous success of last year’s event, Guinness Ghana reaffirms its dedication to celebrating and empowering the dynamic DJ community in Ghana. The theme for this year, “United By Music,” highlights music’s ability to bring people together, crossing boundaries and fostering unity. This theme aligns with Guinness Ghana’s mission to promote inclusivity and celebrate the diverse talents within the Ghanaian music industry. As Ghana’s leading total beverage business, Guinness Ghana continues to play a pivotal role in the promotion of music and the art of Disc Jockeying.
A notable feature of this year’s event is the ‘Pub Fest,’ powered by Smirnoff, a vibrant regional roadshow giving DJs a platform to showcase their talents to audiences across the country.
The event launch, broadcast live on Joy Prime TV, spotlighted the creativity and innovation within the DJ community, showcasing fresh energy and the evolving music landscape, catering to diverse audience tastes.
The Guinness Ghana DJ Awards aim to empower, educate, and reward hardworking DJs who significantly contribute to the growth of the entertainment industry in Ghana and beyond. Guinness Ghana PLC took over the sponsorship of the DJ Awards in 2023, marking a new era of support and recognition for DJs.
